We only buy our Black Rice direct from our contracted, organically certified, farmers, but we still have it tested in independent labs for traces of more than 70 different pesticides before we accept it for sprouting.
Our lab is independent, global, and internationally certified, and tests down to extremely minute amounts .001 mg/kg, yet out of 70 different pesticides tested for, not a single one was detected at the lab’s LOD (limit of detection) of their lab equipment.
